It was an insightful and engaging morning particpating as a panelist at 3rd Annual Future of Workforce Readiness: Education & Business Partnership hosted by the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce which brought educators and business leaders together in a unique and important discussion on how we can better equip our students with the skill sets businesses are looking for, focusing specifically on the need for soft skills.
